- Coordinating and executing project structural engineering activities;
- Checking project engineering documents of the team;
- Ensuring that all project activities are executed in accordance with the Quality Management System, policies, controls, specifications and design codes;
- Monitoring planning and Structural scopes and ensuring that deliverables are defined, prepared, checked and issued on time using the QMS and project specific procedures;
- Assisting in preparation of Structural engineering scopes and project proposals;
- Preparing and archiving all departmental Structural documentation;
- Ensuring and executing proper project registration and project filing.
- M.Sc./B.Sc. in (Structural) Engineering;
- Offshore engineering experience
- Management skills courses
- Offshore training / BOSIET certificate.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
- Minimum of 10-15 years relevant offshore engineering experience;
- Experience with working in a multi-disciplinary environment;
- Proven lead role experience of 5 years;
- A minimum of 5 years recent experience, executing significant offshore engineering projects;
- Previous experience as Structural Lead Engineer is preferred.
- Finite element software experience; SACS, STAAD pro, FEMAP
