The welding in all positions from hand of all kinds of weld connections; CS, SS, P5, P22, (Super) Duplex according to the applicable testing standards in the heavy construction sector.
The welder should under any circumstances be able to make a good quality weld.
- In possession of valid welding certificates: AWS 6 g with GMAW and FCAW welding processes-C with a thickness range from 5 mm. Welding processes may also stand as a combination on the certificate. AWS 6GR is also an option.
Or:
- EN287 or ISO 9606-1 HL-045 with welding processes 135/138 and 136. Again, the welding processes as combination elements are permitted to stand on the licence. Combi 136/138 is a requirement.
Both should be at least qualified for S355 or similar. Preferably also for S460.
- Basic safety certificate (VCA1).
- Work experience in the heavy construction, offshore construction or metal industry.
- Working knowledge of generally applicable instructions, safety rules and laws.
- Knowledge of generally applicable rules and standards.
- Awareness of the complexity of the function the communication with customers.
- Control of at least the Dutch or English language.
- A great sense of responsibility.
